Refund Policy
We aim to ensure fairness and transparency in all transactions. This Refund Policy applies to event bookings, donations made in error, and any merchandise sales.
Event bookings

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7–13 days will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 6 days or less of the event are non-refundable.

If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

If you believe you made a donation in error, please contact us within 14 days and we will review and process a refund if appropriate.
How to request a refund
Please contact us by email at community@hoppersfoundation.co.uk with your order or booking reference number. Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
