Refund Policy

We aim to ensure fairness and transparency in all transactions. This Refund Policy applies to event bookings, donations made in error, and any merchandise sales.

Event bookings

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7–13 days will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 6 days or less of the event are non-refundable.

  • If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.

Donations

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • If you believe you made a donation in error, please contact us within 14 days and we will review and process a refund if appropriate.

How to request a refund

Please contact us by email at community@hoppersfoundation.co.uk with your order or booking reference number. Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
